In case of faulty parts we will offer a replacement.  If a replacement cannot be sourced in a reasonable amount of time, then a full refund will be issued of the full purchase price. Original receipt must be present and the part in the same condition it was supplied in with security marks still intact.

All used electrical items are exempt from any warranty.

R&Z is not liable of any labour costs for fitting/ removal/ changing of any parts supplied by the company under any circumstances.

All engines and gearboxes must be fitted by a fully qualified mechanic and be correctly serviced with new belts, oil, and oil filter.  Failure to adhere to these conditions will void your warranty, and no replacement or refund will be given.

R&Z do not cover any parts for showing signs of being tampered with.

No liability can be accepted for malfunction, damage or injury caused.
